Solidification and receiving of the final production
Neutralization of dehydrated drill cuttings and its preparation to further processing will be conduction by its solidification. Such technology allows receiving sufficiently durable construction material based on drill cuttings. The solid conserved matrix formed at solidification prevents dissolving and migration of the toxic substances to the facilities of environment, additionally connects them physically and chemically, reduces contact surface with environment. Preliminarily dehydrated drill cuttings are being used in production of the construction materials such as a brick, expanded clay and small size construction wares etc. The product received as the result of dehydrating may be used in construction. Preliminarily dehydrated drill cuttings are being used in production of the construction materials such as a brick, expanded clay and small size construction wares, binder mixtures of the pavement, as well as inert soil for backfilling of the open pit, in planning of relief of locality, reclamation purposes etc.
POSSIBLE NOMENCLATURE OF THE UTILIZATION PRODUCTS:
- The small size construction wares are the splitter blocks on ST 91395-1910-ТОО-01-2012. The scope of use is construction of the enclosure structures, auxiliary and temporary buildings.
- The binder mixtures on ST 91395-1910-ТОО-02-2012 Highways. It can be used for construction of the foundations and additional layers of the foundations of the highways with capital, light and transit types of the road-mat.
The small size construction wares are being produced on the mould equipment which consists of solution-concrete unit, conveyer belt for solution feeding into the bunker, vibratory machine and mould press.
THE MOULD EQUIPMENT AND THE FINAL PRODUCTION – THE SPLITTER BLOCKS
- Prepared soil is being mixed with the binder agent and subjected to pressing on the mould equipment for stabilization in the solid matrix.
- The final binder mixtures are being prepared in the plant on production of the binder mixtures.
The plant is being used additionally to the mould complex for preparation of the binder mixtures for the roads.
